This jacket is lightweight and warm-backed, but it is not padded and does not include a hood.
The water-repellent finish provides protection against light showers. The jacket should not be described as fully waterproof.

PROFESSIONAL DTF PRINTING
Each jacket is personalised using a professional Direct-to-Film transfer applied to the left chest.
DTF printing is suitable for detailed, full-colour company logos and can reproduce designs containing several colours, text and fine visual elements.
The finished appearance may vary slightly depending on:
• The jacket colour
• The colours within your logo
• Artwork quality
• Logo proportions
• The printable area
• Fabric texture
We will check the artwork and prepare a digital mock-up before production begins.

LOGO REQUIREMENTS
Please upload the highest-quality version of your company logo available.
Preferred file formats include:
• Transparent PNG
• SVG
• Vector PDF

• High-resolution JPG
Vector artwork or a transparent high-resolution PNG normally produces the cleanest result.
Screenshots, photographs and low-resolution files may not reproduce clearly when printed.
If your artwork requires extensive cleaning, correction or recreation, an additional artwork charge may apply.
We will always explain and agree any additional artwork cost before production begins.

DIGITAL ARTWORK PROOF
A digital mock-up is included before production.
The mock-up allows you to review:

Production begins after the digital mock-up has been approved.
Please check the artwork carefully. Changes may not be possible after approval and production has started.

HOW TO ORDER

5. We review your artwork and product selections.
6. We send a digital mock-up for approval.
7. Following approval, we print, quality-check and dispatch the jackets.
If you require mixed sizes, mixed colours or additional printing positions, contact us before placing the order.

PRODUCTION TIME
Production normally takes 5–10 working days after we have received:
• Suitable artwork
• All required size and colour information
• Any additional personalisation instructions

• Order requirements
• Current production capacity
• Customer approval time
Delays in providing information or approving the digital mock-up may affect the estimated dispatch date.

DELIVERY
Most UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.
A different tracked carrier may be used depending on the parcel size, weight, destination and required service.

• Follow the original garment care label
• Close all zips before washing
• Wash jackets inside out
• Use a low or moderate washing temperature
• Do not use bleach
• Do not iron directly over the printed logo
• Do not use fabric softener unless permitted by the care label
• Avoid excessive tumble-drying
• Allow the jackets to cool before folding or stacking

RETURNS ON PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Every jacket is personalised specifically for your order.
We cannot normally accept returns or exchanges for personalised garments unless an item arrives faulty, damaged or printed incorrectly because of our error.
We cannot normally exchange personalised jackets when:
• The wrong size was selected
• The wrong size breakdown was supplied
• The approved artwork contained an error
• The customer changed their mind after production
• A difference in screen and physical product colour is within normal tolerances
Please check all sizes, colours, logos, spelling and mock-up details carefully before approval.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

No. The Ablaze is a lightweight, warm-backed soft shell rather than a padded winter jacket.
