HOW TO PERSONALISE YOUR ORDER

3. Upload your company logo, badge, crest or artwork.
4. Enter any additional personalisation instructions.
5. For two-side orders, send us the list of individual names or messages.
6. We check the artwork and prepare a free digital mock-up.
7. Review and approve the design.
8. Once approved, we engrave, quality-check and dispatch the order.
Production begins only after the mock-up has been approved.
Please check all logos, names, ranks, dates, spelling and personalisation details carefully before approval.

For the cleanest engraving result, please provide:

If you only have a photograph, screenshot or low-resolution version of your logo, badge or crest, send us the best version available and we will check it.
Artwork requiring extensive correction, cleaning or recreation may be subject to an additional artwork charge.
We will always explain and agree any additional artwork cost before production begins.

HOW LASER ENGRAVING WORKS
Laser engraving permanently marks the coated surface of each YETI tumbler, revealing the stainless steel underneath.
Unlike vinyl, stickers or printed surface designs, laser engraving will not peel away.
The finished appearance may vary slightly depending on the selected tumbler colour and coating.

A free digital mock-up is included with this bundle.
The mock-up allows you to check:

Production begins after written approval of the mock-up.
Changes may not be possible after approval and production has started.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Production normally takes 3–10 working days after we receive:
• The required artwork
• All individual personalisation details
• Confirmation of the selected colour
• Approval of the digital mock-up

Most orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or another suitable tracked courier depending on the parcel size and weight.

Every tumbler is personalised specifically for your order.
We cannot normally accept returns or exchanges for personalised products unless an item arrives damaged, faulty or engraved incorrectly because of our error.
Please check all artwork, names, ranks, dates, spelling and personalisation information carefully before approving the digital mock-up.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

CAN EACH TUMBLER HAVE A DIFFERENT NAME?
Yes. Select two-side engraving and send us a clearly numbered list of the 10 names, ranks or messages.
The company logo or badge will be engraved on one side and the individual personalisation on the opposite side.
CAN I USE THE SAME LOGO ON ALL 10 TUMBLERS?
Yes. The same logo, badge, crest or design can be engraved on every tumbler.
CAN I ORDER DIFFERENT COLOURS?
The standard online bundle contains one selected colour across all 10 tumblers.
If you require mixed colours, contact us before ordering so we can check availability and prepare the correct order.
CAN YOU ENGRAVE A MILITARY BADGE OR CLUB CREST?
Yes, provided that you have permission to reproduce the artwork.
Send us the best-quality file available and we will check whether it is suitable for engraving.
CAN I SEE THE DESIGN BEFORE PRODUCTION?
Yes. A free digital mock-up is included with the bundle.

IS THE ENGRAVING DISHWASHER SAFE?
The YETI tumblers are dishwasher safe and the laser engraving is permanent.
IS THE MAGSLIDER LID LEAKPROOF?
No. The MagSlider lid is splash resistant but is not completely leakproof.
Keep the tumbler upright and do not place it loose inside a bag.
CAN THE TUMBLERS BE USED FOR HOT AND COLD DRINKS?
Yes. The double-wall vacuum insulation helps maintain the temperature of hot and cold drinks.
Take care when consuming hot liquids and check the temperature before drinking.
CAN I ORDER MORE THAN 10?
