PERSONALISATION INCLUDED
The standard bundle includes one company logo printed in one position on every garment.
Available standard position:
• Left chest
If you require a large back print, sleeve logo, individual employee names or additional branding positions, contact us for a personalised quotation.
GARMENT COLOURS
Standard colour options include:
• Black
• Navy
• Grey
• Red
• White
Additional colours may be available upon request.
You can select one main colour for the complete bundle. If you require mixed garment colours, please contact us before ordering so we can check availability.
SIZE OPTIONS
Different sizes can be selected within the same bundle.
Please enter the required size breakdown in the personalisation box using the following format:
T-shirts: 1 × M, 1 × L, 1 × XL
Polo shirts: 1 × M, 1 × L

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Garment sizing may vary between brands and styles.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Select your preferred garment colour.
3. Enter the size breakdown for every garment.
4. Upload your company logo.
5. Add any relevant instructions.
6. Complete your order.
7. We will check your artwork and prepare a digital mock-up.
8. Review and approve the mock-up.
9. Production begins after approval.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
For the best printing result, please upload the highest-quality version of your logo available.
Preferred file formats:
• High-resolution PNG with a transparent background
• SVG
• AI
• EPS
• Vector PDF
If you only have a JPG, screenshot or low-resolution image, please upload the best version available. We will check it and let you know whether it is suitable.
Artwork recreation or extensive image correction may carry an additional charge. We will always discuss this with you before production.
DTF PRINTING
DTF printing creates a vibrant, detailed and durable finish. It is suitable for:
• Full-colour logos
• Detailed artwork
• Small text
• Gradients
• Light and dark garments
Embroidery is also available by request through WhatsApp or email, but it is not included in the standard online bundle price.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production normally begins after the digital mock-up has been approved.
Turnaround time depends on:
• Garment availability
• Artwork quality
• Order requirements
• Seasonal demand
• Customer approval time

DELIVERY
Most orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.
The delivery provider may vary depending on the parcel size, weight, destination and required delivery service.
Delivery costs are calculated separately at checkout.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To help maintain the garments and printed designs:
• Wash garments inside out
• Follow the original garment care label
• Wash at a low or moderate temperature
• Do not use bleach
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
• Avoid excessive tumble-drying
• Do not dry-clean unless permitted by the garment care label
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Check all sizes, colours and personalisation details carefully.
• Personalised garments cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless faulty, damaged or produced incorrectly.
• Production begins after the digital mock-up has been approved.
• Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen and garment material.
• Very large or unusually complex designs may carry an additional charge.
• Garment brands may vary depending on stock availability, but we will always aim to provide a suitable product of comparable quality.
• The customer must have permission to use any logo, image or artwork submitted.
