PERSONALISATION INCLUDED
The bundle price includes one standard DTF company logo in one selected position on each of the ten garments.

MIXED GARMENT SIZES
You can choose different sizes for the garments included in the bundle.
Please account for all 5 T-shirts, 3 polo shirts and 2 hoodies.
Check the size guide and all selected sizes carefully before completing your order. Personalised garments cannot normally be exchanged because an incorrect size was selected.
GARMENT COLOURS
Standard colours may include:
• Black
• Navy
• Grey
• Red
• White
Colour availability depends on the garment, size and current supplier stock.
The bundle is normally supplied in one principal garment colour. If you require mixed colours, add the complete breakdown to the order instructions or contact us before ordering.
LOGO REQUIREMENTS
Please upload the highest-quality version of your logo available.
Preferred formats:
• Transparent PNG
• SVG
• PDF
• AI
• EPS
If the uploader does not accept AI or EPS artwork, email the file to support@engraveforu.com after ordering and include your order number.
Low-resolution artwork, screenshots and photographs may not produce a professional result. If your artwork requires extensive recreation or correction, an additional artwork charge may apply. We will always discuss this before production.
DIGITAL PROOF
We will check your artwork and prepare a digital mock-up before production begins.

• Spelling
• Garment breakdown
• Garment sizes
• Personalisation details
Production begins only after the digital mock-up has been approved.
PRODUCTION TIME
Estimated production time is 5–10 working days after artwork approval, subject to garment availability and current production capacity.
Delays in supplying artwork, sizes or mock-up approval may affect the estimated dispatch date.
Please contact us before ordering if the workwear is required for a fixed event, opening date or business deadline.
DELIVERY
Most orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.
A different delivery provider may be used depending on the size, weight, delivery address and service required.
UK delivery is calculated separately at checkout.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Follow the original garment care label
• Wash garments inside out
• Use a low or moderate washing temperature
• Do not use bleach
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
• Avoid excessive tumble-drying
• Do not dry-clean unless permitted by the garment care label
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Garment brands may vary according to size, colour and stock availability.
• If a substitution is necessary, we will use a comparable garment or contact you before production.
• Personalised garments cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless faulty, damaged or produced incorrectly.
• Digital colours may appear slightly different on physical garments.
• The customer must own or have permission to reproduce all logos and artwork supplied.
• Embroidery is available separately by request through WhatsApp or email.
